Qualification: MBA in Finance / CA (Inter) / M.Com

Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the company's complete finance and accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, payroll processing, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to ESI, PF, TDS, GST, and MIS reporting, with prior experience working under a Chartered Accountant firm or having completed articleship.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of books and submission of reports.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

  • Handle GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and Professional Tax filings and remittances.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation and returns.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory norms.

Payroll & Employee Benefits:

  • Process monthly payroll and related accounting entries.
  • Manage employee benefits and statutory compliance for PF, ESI, and PT.
  • Work closely with HR for salary disbursement, reimbursements, and compliance reporting.

Financial Planning & MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed MIS reports for management on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.

Vendor & Client Management:

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure accurate vendor payments, reconciliations, and timely client invoicing.

Audit & Internal Controls:

  • Implement and monitor strong internal financial controls.
  • Provide required data and clarifications during audits.
  • Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ESI, PF, TDS, GST, and MIS reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP or equivalent accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability across departments.
  • Preferred Background:Candidates with experience in CA firms or who have completed articleship are highly preferred.
  • Exposure to auditing, taxation, payroll, and MIS preparation is essential
