Influencer TL Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Management: Manage a network of individual influencers who hire delivery executives for Swiggy Instamart.

  2. Recruitment: Ensure influencers have the necessary resources and support to hire delivery executives efficiently.

  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing them with necessary support and guidance.

  4. Hiring Agency Management: Maintain relationships with hiring agencies, ensuring a steady supply of delivery executives.

  5. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of influencers and their hired delivery executives, ensuring they meet Swiggy Instamart's standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Candidate should be graduate.

  2. Language Proficiency: Must know the English and local language

  3. Location Expertise: Must have in depth knowledge of local areas.

  4. Network: Strong network of influencers and hiring agencies.

  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with influencers and hiring agencies.

  6. Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field.

  7. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage influencers, providing guidance and support.

  8. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gig economy, recruitment processes, and Swiggy Instamart's business model.

  2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
