Job Overview

Huemn is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our full-time team in Hyderabad. This junior-level position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence, with a focus on generating leads, establishing client relationships, and promoting our advanced studio management solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, skilled in identifying, developing, and pursuing potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Mastery of negotiation techniques with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling offerings and close deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in cold calling to effectively engage and convert prospective clients into committed partners (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, leveraging its capabilities for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics to interpret data and drive informed decision-making for sales tactics.
  • Experience in digital marketing to enhance brand awareness and support the sales strategy in a competitive market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, enhancing market penetration for our tech tools.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor appropriate solutions leveraging our tech tools.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our studio management platform.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, aligning client requirements with our offerings for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software, ensuring seamless follow-up.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovation, continuously updating product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
