Ltd. is a leading name in the adhesives and specialty chemicals industry, offering innovative solutions in Industrial Adhesives, Hot Melt Adhesives, Water-Based Adhesives, Emulsions, Bookbinding Adhesives, Films, Laminates, and Tapes. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strong market penetration and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets across assigned territories.
- Generate and grow business through dealers, distributors, OEMs, and direct customers in the industrial adhesive and allied industries.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments.
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships by providing technical support and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business development presentations, proposals, and technical discussions with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical) for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3 to 15 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in a similar industry (Adhesives, Hot Melt, Water-Based Adhesives, Emulsions, Laminates, Films, Tapes, Bookbinding).
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, and OEMs in the industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of industrial adhesive applications and customer requirements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Market analysis and strategic thinking.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
