Aptitude Trainer

Position Overview:

The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for training students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills to prepare them for campus recruitment drives, competitive exams, and corporate assessments. The trainer will design and deliver engaging, result-oriented sessions that strengthen students problem-solving abilities and test-taking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Facilitation

2. Conduct interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.

3. Train students for campus placement tests (AMCAT, CoCubes, eLitmus, etc.), public sector exams, and aptitude-based assessments of top IT and core companies.

4. Deliver concept-based sessions, practice exercises, and mock tests to build speed and accuracy.

5. Content Development & Assessment

6. Design training modules, study materials, practice sets, and question banks aligned with industry-standard aptitude tests.

7. Update training content regularly to reflect the latest question patterns and company-specific assessments.

8. Conduct periodic tests and analyze results to track student progress and performance improvement.

9. Student Mentoring & Guidance

10. Identify individual and group learning gaps and provide targeted mentoring sessions.

11. Motivate students to improve logical thinking, time management, and problem-solving efficiency.

12. Organize doubt-clearing sessions, group discussions, and practice workshops.

13. Placement Preparation Support

14. Collaborate with the Training & Placement Cell to align aptitude training with company recruitment requirements.

15. Conduct mock aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interview preparation sessions.
16. Share test insights, feedback, and strategies for cracking various recruitment exams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in aptitude training or coaching for competitive/placement exams (CAT, BANK, SSC, etc.).
• Strong conceptual understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Grammar/Comprehension.
• Experience in corporate training, finishing school programs, or aptitude test preparation institutes will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, online test platforms, and digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
