Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Benchmarking and master section preparation for BEV interior, exterior, seat, and trim components.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage design requirements for systems, subsystems, and components.

  • Conceptualize and create detailed parametric designs (parts and assemblies) using CATIA V5, from predevelopment to series development.

  • Evaluate and optimize design concepts based on DFA, DFS, cost, quality, and time.

  • Conduct DMU analysis and resolve packaging and integration issues with stakeholders.

  • Prepare, review, and monitor Design Quality Assurance (DQA) documents including Benchmarking, Design Concept Sheet (DCS), GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS, DFS&R, and DVP&R.
