Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Manager, located on-site in Chennai. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, and overseeing a sales team. Daily tasks include developing strategic plans, executing sales campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in Team Management
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
