Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head based in Jabalpur. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the state, managing and driving branch performance, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets. The role includes developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and mentoring branch managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The State Head will also be responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing the market share of the company's financial products within the state.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation, with strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of financial products, including working capital loans, property loans, and vehicle loans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving financial targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on retail finance, is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and willingness to be based in Jabalpur
