Roles & Responsibilities :

Prepare all type of Inventory, Consumption monthly, quarterly and annual MIS Variance report for Budget Vs Actual

SPOC for digitization, SAP process, Inventory Management & Accounts Payable.

Model wise Costing & support to Business development team for quote to Customer

Monthly Inventory provision working as per policy

Fund Management Control for Budget Vs Actual

Coordinate with respective business team for monthly, Quarterly & Annual closing activities

Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process, administering and

reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying,

explaining and correcting variances as appropriate

Inventory ageing & Model wise report

Inventory valuation working & revaluation upload in SAP

To follow up to Vendor advances & settlement of advance, Vendor reco.

Inventory Physical Verification report & roll back working for difference

Support to all OMS team related to Process issue, Budget issue, FM, fleet Manager, SAP Authorization issue, GRIR, Customer & Vendor adjustment, Payment, Advances, GIT issue posting, PO & PR Creation issue & approvals for posting & provision workflow issue, all matrix, DAP issue etc.

Coordinate with respective state team to support the internal audit team & External Audit compliance

Qualification & Experience

5-15 Years of relevant work experience on Inventory Management, Costing, Digitalization, accounting and reporting processes post qualifying CA Inter/MBA in Finance

Location: Pune

Knowledge/Skills required:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with high level of data analysis

Preferable to have knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Business Process

SAP MM, FICO, SD, master data controlling, SAP Analytical Cloud, Fund Management & Power BI knowledge will be additional advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to deal sensitively in multi-cultural environments and build effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues

Process orientation Ability to manage multiple task

In-depth understanding of Inventory Management procedures

Demonstrated good judgmental and analytical skills
