  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements in web designing and graphic design projects and ensure smooth communication between clients and our creative & development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements for web design, development, and graphic design projects. Coordinate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Assist in creating proposals, quotations, and project presentations for clients.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and approvals. Support the team in day-to-day project operations. Ensure quality standards are maintained in deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, Business, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of web design, development, and graphic design concepts.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in IT sales and project management.

Preferred:

Any prior internship in IT, digital marketing, or design projects is a plus. Basic understanding of client handling and sales processes.
