We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5 years of relevant experience for our client to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI frameworks and technologies, focusing on building scalable, intelligent systems that leverage large language models and multimodal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development:
Design and implement AI agents using Crew AI, LangChain, and LangGraph frameworks; Integrate and optimize Llama 3.x models for large-scale AI solutions; Develop both autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI systems for various business scenarios; Build core AI capabilities including perception, reasoning, planning, tool usage, and continuous learning

Memory Architecture Implementation: 
Design and implement memory systems using Mem0 and Redis for conversation AI & agentic AI autonomous system; Implement Redis in LangGraph workflows; Develop short-term and long-term memory strategies for AI applications; Design memory consolidation strategies for context compression and efficient recall

RAG System Development:

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for documents; Integrate Neo4j graph databases for knowledge representation; Optimize retrieval mechanisms for real-time performance; Develop metadata filtering and contextual retrieval systems

Prompt Engineering:

Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting; Implement advanced techniques and design prompt templates with structured formatting, role-based instructions, and context management; Implement structured output generation using JSON mode, Pydantic models, and schema-guided responses

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or related field

Work Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • LLMs & Models:
  • Llama 3.1 and Llama 4 models with proven deployment experience
  • LLaVA (Large Language and Vision Assistant) for multimodal vision-language tasks
  • Whisper models for speech-to-text and audio processing
  • Embedding models (Sentence Transformers, BERT, text-embedding models)
  • LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, Crew AI, Redis
  • Crew AI for autonomous agent systems and task delegation

Role Description:
