Core Purpose-

Lead planning & execution of
OOH, DOOH, offline activations & event marketing
, while proactively
driving new business opportunities
and managing vendor partnerships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Business Development (primary focus)
  • Identify & prospect new clients/brands for OOH & experiential marketing.
  • Build a robust pipeline, craft proposals & close deals.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships with marketers, agencies & decision makers.
  • Campaign & Activation Execution
  • Design and deliver OOH/DOOH campaigns — location mapping, formats, negotiation, tracking.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations & events — venues, production, logistics.
  • Vendor Ecosystem & Commercials
  • Build and maintain a reliable vendor network for outdoor & activation needs.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and ensure flawless, timely delivery.
  • Measurement & Reporting
  • Track impact (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and share performance dashboards with clients.

Must-Have Skills-

  • Proven
    BD and sales track record
    in media/marketing; ability to convert cold leads to accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of OOH, DOOH & activation landscape — sites, formats, costing.
  • Negotiation & commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L and margin management.
  • Strong presentation, pitching & relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on execution mindset — can oversee end-to-end campaigns.

  • Decent experience in OOH, DOOH & BTL activations (agency or brand side).
  • Past exposure to
    large-format outdoor media + experiential campaigns
