We specialize in creating comfortable, high-quality clothing that children love to wear while showcasing the beautiful handwork of Indian artisans. Our wholesale and retail operations span India and international markets.

We're looking for a creative and versatile Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence, engage with our community, and bring our brand to life through compelling visual and written content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and other relevant social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Monitor platform performance and prepare weekly reports on content performance and insights
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance
• Research and implement emerging trends to keep our content fresh and relevant Customer Engagement & Retention
• Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community interactions
• Build and nurture relationships with followers to foster brand loyalty
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback across all platforms (including Whatsapp and Email)
• Conduct customer feedback calls to gather insights and improve customer experience
• Develop content that encourages community participation and strengthens customer retention
• Identify and engage with brand advocates and potential collaborators Content Creation & Photography
• Plan and style product photoshoots with attention to aesthetics, lighting, and brand consistency
• Source or create props, backgrounds, and styling elements for photoshoots
• Edit photos and videos to maintain high-quality visual standards
• Create engaging Reels and short-form video content
• Write compelling captions and other written content with excellent grammar and creativity Collaboration & Brand Consistency
• Work closely with digital marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Coordinate with team members on campaign planning and execution
• Align content strategy with broader marketing initiatives Required Qualifications
• Excellent command of English language with strong writing, grammar, and editing skills. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi would be desirable.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly on Instagram and Facebook
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation
• Basic video editing skills for creating Reels and social media videos
• Strong photography styling skills with an eye for composition, colour, and aesthetics
• Experience in customer service or community management
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting social media metrics and preparing reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating social media content and styled photography
• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and engagement strategies
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools

This is a contract position based in Chennai. Candidates must be comfortable working from office daily. We work Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
