Full Job Description Position: Sales Executive (Resident)

Location: Chennai Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: - 0 to 2 years working in the marketplace
- Knowledge of territory (geography/cities for channel/network development) and should have experience in local commutation and travel within the state and territory.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Meeting Architects and Getting leads of the Customers who build new homes, Meeting the customers if required, Meeting the Sanitary and Appliances Showroom owners, and Meeting the Procurement head of the schools and Institutions. (50%) - Every day 5 visits compulsory
- Network Development (40%)
- Putting Posts on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Online media as

per instructions from the company.
- Meeting the Local tubers to ensure local publicity is done.

**Requirements**:

- Must Have 2 Wheeler with Valid License
- Must Will to submit Original Certificates that will be returned while

leaving the job with a proper notice period.
- Must verify the residing address through the proper postal or

address.
