MDM Automation & AI Integration Lead

Our site in Pune, India is seeking an MDM Automation & AI Integration Lead to join our team. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the management and expansion of the Informatica 360 Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end integration with internal systems like SAP ECC, MES, and other manufacturing-critical applications. This position plays a key role in enabling business continuity, data-driven decision-making, and digital business transformation across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the integration of AI/ML models (e.g., Informatica's Claire) into MDM workflows for data enrichment, classification, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with data science teams to define use cases, train models, and optimize performance.
• Ensure ethical AI usage and compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
• Champion automation by leveraging Informatica's metadata, match/merge engines, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Design and implement integration touchpoints between MDM and enterprise platforms (SAP ECC, MES, Snowflake, PLM).
• Support cloud environment strategy including sandbox, dev, stage, and production releases.
• Partner with data stewards and governance leads to enforce data quality frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and track KPIs for AI/ML-enhanced MDM operations.
• Stay current with Informatica roadmap and AI/ML trends to propose innovative enhancements.

What We Seek:

• 10+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, or enterprise IT roles.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise data platforms.
• Strong expertise in Informatica 360 (Customer 360/Supplier 360).
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP ECC), MES, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with data governance, compliance, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Informatica's AI tools (Claire) or similar AI/ML tools.
• Knowledge of semantic search, metadata management, and intelligent data services.
• Exposure to digital thread initiatives and manufacturing data lifecycles.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and change management practices.
