What Were Looking For

This highly Technical Product Lead role will own and drive the launch of new AI-centric software platforms, focusing on technical architecture, prompt engineering, and conversion metrics. You will serve as an independent, self-motivated product leader, managing projects across a variety of businesses. Success requires strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders across different time zones.

• Full-stack development experience across web apps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Bubble, n8n, AWS, Supabase, and Stripe.
• Strong grasp of product security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch independently.
• Clear communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
• Background in startups or SaaS product development.

What Youll Do

• Research the market, users, and competitors; talk directly with customers to uncover problems and test ideas.
• Plan and execute the full product life cycle from roadmap to launch using Bubble, n8n, AWS, Supabase, and AI integrations.
• Act as a full-stack builder, managing frontend, backend, and integrations, including payments via Stripe.
• Collaborate with a designer, developer, and external consultants to deliver secure, high-quality software.
• Maintain privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, data protection, payments).
• Ship beautiful, reliable features quickly; fix bugs fast and continuously improve performance.
• Set up analytics (Mixpanel, etc.) to track KPIs, generate insights, and guide product decisions.
• Implement AI features through prompt engineering and model integration.

What Success Looks Like

First 14 Days (Immersion, Documentation, & Foundation)

• Meet team and learn tech stack/ systems, attend meetings to learn rhythms
• Deeply research, find new ICP/ target market people, and have calls/ video chats with them to understand their pain points
• Audit the product, major workflows, customer journey, etc and propose simplifications

First 30 Days (Execution, Validation, & Core Roadmap)

• Takeover leading the product development
• Alter current roadmap based on your customer discovery conversations
• Start designing / scaffolding the product into place w/ other teammates
• Assign/ QA others work
• Do work yourself

60 Days and Beyond (Strategic Ownership & Portfolio Delivery)

• Deliver working MVP
• Implement KPIs/ metrics via Mixpanel, reported on scorecard

Location

This is a fully remote role.
