Job Title: Banking Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our banking team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote banking products/services, explain features and benefits, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products (loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, etc.).
  • Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous approach with every customer.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quality benchmarks.
  • Update CRM/database with customer details, call outcomes, and follow-ups.
  • Follow compliance guidelines, company policies, and banking regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate with the sales/branch team for smooth customer onboarding and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹22,000.00 per month
