Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Finance Executive
to oversee the company's financial operations and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
running payroll
,
handling company accounts
, and
managing all financial and administrative documentation
. This role requires a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end payroll processing
    , including salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
  • Handle
    company accounts
    , including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee
    fund transfers

    vendor payments
    , and track
    company investments
    .
  • Maintain and organize
    all company financial and administrative documentation
    , such as contracts, invoices, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare periodic
    financial summaries
    , assist with budgeting, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure compliance with
    accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience
    in accounting, payroll, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and accounting/finance tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability.
