Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Google Ads Specialist
to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.). You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving performance goals through strategic and tactical execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copy and create high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the design/content teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Set up conversion tracking, audience lists, and remarketing strategies using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with landing page designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and online consumer behavior.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice To Have

  • Experience with paid advertising on other platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid search.
