Role Description

A Google Ads Specialist focuses on driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this role:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across

platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

  1. Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to understand campaign

effectiveness and ROI.

  1. A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to test various ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting

strategies to improve performance.

  1. Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on

investment (ROI).

  1. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop strategies

that align with overall business goals.

  1. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to

stakeholders.

  1. SEO and SEM Knowledge: Integrate search engine optimization (SEO) strategies with paid

advertising efforts for holistic performance marketing.

  1. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance

marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads

Manager).

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

● Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

● Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

● Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
