CTC -upto 30k-35k Monthly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally or other accounting software
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and cash flows
  • Monitor resort and office expenses, petty cash, and payroll support
  • GST & Tax Compliance
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly 
    GST returns
  • Assist in 
    TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations
  • Support statutory compliance and coordinate with external consultants/auditors
  • MIS & Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly 
    MIS reports
     for management
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Help track revenue streams (room bookings, F&B, events, etc.)
  • Internal Controls
  • Ensure financial discipline and accuracy in resort operations
  • Maintain documentation and support internal audit processes
  • Coordinate inventory and asset audits periodically

Requirements:

  • B.Com/M.Com with strong accounting background
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in hospitality, service, or real estate industries)
  • Proficient in 
    Tally ERP / Prime
    , Excel, and basic accounting software
  • Good understanding of 
    GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing 
    multi-location accounting
  • Exposure to manufacturing
    accounting systems
     or POS integrations
  • Good communication and coordination skills (for inter-departmental tasks)
