Phlebotomist Field and Center Collection Specialist

Location: Navi Mumbai, Kalamboli - White Lotus Hospital (Hospital & Home Collection)

Shift: Rotational, including Late Evening and Night Shifts

Requirement: Bike Mandatory for field mobility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood sample collection in hospital settings and via home visits
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of specimens
  • Maintain hygiene and biosafety standards during all procedures
  • Coordinate with lab teams to ensure timely processing and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Certified in DMLT / MLT or equivalent
  • 1–5 years of experience in phlebotomy or lab technician roles
  • Comfortable with field work and flexible shift timings
  • Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license
  • Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction during home visits
