Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming (hot) client calls and note down key details accurately.
  • Enter lead and client information into internal tracking sheets or CRM.
  • Support the sales team by sharing timely updates and assisting with follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure proper documentation and status tracking.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with clients during initial interactions.
  • Share collected information with the concerned team members for further action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 year of experience and 1 Year in the Same industry mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English and regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
  • Willingness to learn and assist in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle client calls confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
