Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with proven experience in managing a sales team in the domestic process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Motivate and mentor team members for better performance.
  • Handle daily team reports and performance analysis.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (Domestic process).
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to join immediately.
