Deep Connection is a health-tech organization building integrated healthcare solutions for children and young adults. Our mission is to democratize access to developmental assessments and holistic well-being programs using cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and AR/VR.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential leads provided by the company.
- Engage with parents and students to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up consistently on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure maximum conversion.
- Counsel prospective students/parents about the benefits of the program and handle objections confidently.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for demo bookings, conversions, and revenue.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and academic counselors to improve conversion strategies.
- Gather feedback from prospects to help improve products, communication, and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and regional language if required].
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth EdTech environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage.
