Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, identifying cost-saving initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves managing audit processes and maintaining financial accountability to drive business efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management skills, including
    budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Proficiency in
    financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of
    cost-saving techniques, risk assessment, and audit processes
  • Familiarity with
    financial software tools (Zoho books, e
    tc)
    and
    advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in
    MIS Reporting
    AND
    MCA Compliance
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in
    finance, Accounting, or CA, CA Intern.
  • 3-5 years
    of relevant experience in a finance management role
