Role & responsibilities
Strategic Market Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and increase market penetration through the architect and interior designer segment.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, specifiers, and consultants, to promote Bergers product portfolio.
- Position the company as a preferred partner for high-quality coatings and finishes in both residential and commercial projects.
Sales Growth & Business Expansion:
- Drive sales and business development through the architect and design community, ensuring the companys products are specified in large-scale projects.
- Expand the company's reach in the premium and decorative paint segment by closely working with architectural firms and design consultants.
- Work with the sales team to track and convert design specifications into sales, ensuring follow-through from design to project completion.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage with leading architectural and interior design firms to showcase innovative solutions, products, and services that meet the evolving needs of design professionals.
- Organize and participate in architectural seminars, design exhibitions, and networking events to build the company's presence and promote its product range.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of experience in business development and sales in the paints, building materials, or related industries with atleast 5 years of experience of managing Architects and Interior Designers at regional or national level.
Candidate must have acumen to set up business on a national level with strong communication skills
