Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Lead - Operations & Estimation to drive overall project execution, operations, and team leadership. While estimation will remain a supporting responsibility, the primary focus of this role is project oversight, operational coordination, and leadership. The individual will ensure timely project delivery, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality outcomes for U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Operations

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish structured reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams to maintain seamless project workflows.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise, mentor, and guide team members for consistent performance.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements.
• Foster collaboration across departments to optimize efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of coordination between global teams and clients.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support leadership in handling multiple project portfolios simultaneously.

Bid Management & Estimation (Supporting Function)

• Oversee bid preparation and ensure submissions are accurate and timely.
• Review bid documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and validate estimates prepared by the team.
• Ensure estimation activities complement overall project planning and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years in project management/operations with some estimation exposure, preferably in international or outsourced environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of project workflows and construction processes; familiarity with PlanHub is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and drive results.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, coordination, and process management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English for direct stakeholder interaction.
• Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
