We Are Hiring: BIM Engineer

  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced (ONLY) BIM Engineer specializing in Mechanical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in BIM Revit and demonstrate a strong understanding of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Firefighting design, which will be considered a valuable asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform production and verification of CAD drafting, BIM models, and drawings for all projects.
  • Collaborate with design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to address and mitigate design challenges.
  • Develop BIM Execution Plans and establish BIM project workflow criteria.
  • Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Prepare discipline-specific models and content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
  • Lead the development of discipline-specific BIM modeling content for projects.
  • Utilize BIM software and tools to streamline design documentation and coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in BIM Revit.
  • Knowledge of HAP and Plumbing design calculations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in software tools such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools like Navisworks.
