**Qualifications**

**D-Arch/ B-Arch/ B-tech, M-tech** in

Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit softwares.
- Experience in creating BIM Modeling
- Knowledge of BIM Modeling principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in relevant BIM software (such as AutoCAD, Revit) knowledge of sustainable design practices, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
