**We Are Hiring: BIM Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **production and verification** of CAD drafting, BIM models, and drawings for all projects.
- Collaborate with design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to **address and mitigate design challenges**.
- Develop **BIM Execution Plans** and establish **BIM project workflow criteria**.
- Follow **BIM content standards** and development procedures.
- Prepare discipline-specific models and content for **BIM Coordination Meetings**.
- Lead the development of **discipline-specific BIM modeling content** for projects.
- Utilize **BIM software and tools** to streamline design documentation and coordination.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in **BIM Revit**.
- Knowledge of **HAP** and **Plumbing design calculations**.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise in software tools such as **AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools like Navisworks**.
