Employment Type: Full-time

  • Promote and sell capacitors and electrical goods in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, panel builders, and industrial buyers.
  • Generate orders, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct regular field visits to expand customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across retail and trade outlets.
  • Implement promotional activities, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and support to clients when required.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and new technologies in the capacitor segment.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Calcutta and surrounding industrial hubs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the electrical goods industry (capacitors, cables, switches, motors, lighting, or allied products).
  • Strong dealer, distributor, and industrial client handling experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within Calcutta and nearby areas.
