Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CS Management Trainee located in Chennai. The CS Management Trainee will assist in ensuring corporate legal and secretarial compliance, help in drafting and vetting commercial agreements, and support in IPO management, mergers & acquisitions, and valuation of businesses & securities. The trainee will also be involved in due diligence, secretarial audits, and regulatory filings, contributing to various other corporate advisory services provided by the firm.

Qualifications

  • The Candidate should have completed CS Executive or Final Examination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
