We're looking for a dedicated and driven Management Trainee / Executive – Quality to join our team This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals who are eager to grow in hospital quality assurance and contribute meaningfully toward NABH compliance and patient safety.

Position: Management / Executive – Quality/ Trainee

Department: Quality & NABH

Experience: Candidates with experience in healthcare quality/operations or Freshers who are keen to learn.

Qualification: MBA in Healthcare Administration / MHA Preferred OR Graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of NABH standards across clinical and non- clinical departments
  • Assist in conducting internal audits, identifying quality gaps, and preparing for accreditation assessments
  • Coordinate with clinical departments to improve quality indicators
  • Collaborate with HR for training needs assessment and ensure quality compliance in staffing
  • Engage in inter-departmental collaboration for continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital quality or operations role (Freshers with a strong interest in quality may also apply)
  • Working knowledge of NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with clinical and support service areas in a healthcare setting
  • Passionate about building a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
