Job Summary:

Crosslink Wheels Electronic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Automotive Assurance Manager with strong experience in IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing audits, ensuring compliance, handling customer quality issues, and improving overall product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
  • Conduct internal, process, product, and supplier audits.
  • Handle customer complaints, CAPA, 8D analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage quality documentation: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers on quality requirements.
  • Train team members on quality standards and problem-solving tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and documentation.
  • Good analytical, communication, and audit-handling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & CAPA.
