Job Summary:
The Administrative Manager oversees and coordinates the administrative operations of the school to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role includes managing office staff, maintaining records, facilitating communication among departments, and supporting the school leadership in daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Supervise and coordinate daily office activities including reception, clerical support, and office supplies.
- Staff Supervision: Manage administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure professional development.
- Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate student records, attendance, staff files, and other official documents in compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between school management, teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Financial Administration: Assist in budget preparation, manage petty cash, monitor invoices, and handle billing or fee collection in coordination with the finance department.
- Event Coordination: Organize school events, meetings, and schedules ensuring timely execution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and government regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and present to school leadership.
- Facilities Coordination: Oversee maintenance of school premises, liaise with vendors and service providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
