Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
  • Handle administrative functions: front office, transport, pantry, and general office management.
  • Manage vendors and service providers sourcing, contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (fire safety, environment, licenses, building norms).
  • Coordinate fit-outs, repairs, and space management in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain asset records, facility dashboards, and incident reports.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of admin and facility staff.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Engineering, Business, or Facilities Management (relevant certifications preferred).
  • 710 years of experience in admin/facility operations — real estate, residential, or corporate setups preferred.
  • Strong vendor and budget management skills.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on leader with a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
