Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Counsellor based in Indore. The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, providing information about properties, addressing client queries, scheduling appointments for site visits, and maintaining a record of client interactions and progress. The Tele Counsellor will also follow up on leads and work closely with the sales team to support the overall sales process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools
  • Ability to handle client queries and provide accurate information
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
