Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create logos, brochures, posters, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and digital ads.
  • Brand Development: Build and follow brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and visual identity systems.
  • Content Creation: Design digital assets such as reels, banners, thumbnails, email templates, and UI elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Software Expertise: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop new design ideas, storyboards, and mood boards.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor designs, and modern visual standards.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients/team and refine designs accordingly.
  • File Management: Organize, save, and deliver editable/source files in required formats.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or any related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 13 yrs Experience in designing marketing materials, branding, social media creatives, and digital campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
