Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Creative Director will lead creative projects to develop and oversee branding strategies, art direction, and innovative designs. Responsibilities include managing creative teams, conceptualizing and executing visual campaigns, ensuring cohesive branding, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing and creative goals. Additionally, the Creative Director is tasked with ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative outputs across various channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
  • Strong knowledge of Branding and experience in Art Direction
  • Skills in Graphic Design and the ability to work with design software
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
  • Experience in educational or healthcare-focused projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
