Role Summary:

The Business Development & Delivery Lead Manpower Outsourcing is a dual-role responsible for expanding the MPO business through strategic client acquisition while ensuring seamless service delivery across existing accounts. This leader will identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and build long-term client relationships. Simultaneously, they will oversee operational execution, compliance, and workforce performance to deliver exceptional value to clients

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors (e.g., BFSI, logistics, retail, manufacturing).
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and client-specific solutions for manpower outsourcing.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, finance, legal) to craft winning proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and HR leaders.

2. Strategic Account Management:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts; serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and performance evaluations with clients.
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and contract renewals.

3. Service Delivery Oversight:

  • Ensure timely deployment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of outsourced staff.
  • Monitor daily operations across client locations and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Partner with delivery teams to optimize resource utilization and service quality.
  • Resolve client escalations with speed and professionalism.

4. Operational & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws, etc.
  • Audit internal processes and documentation to ensure zero non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and legal for backend delivery support.

5. Financial & Commercial Accountability:

  • Own P&L for assigned clients/projects.
  • Track revenue, profitability, and collections.
  • Support pricing strategies for new proposals and existing renewals.
  • Ensure contract margins are maintained or improved over time.
