Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate role based in Indore. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing a range of professional services, including accounting, tax, and business advisory functions. Daily responsibilities include financial statement preparation, conducting research, assisting clients with compliance, and delivering strategic solutions that address their unique business challenges. The individual will collaborate with team members and clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships, contributing to business success and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance
  • Experience with tax preparation, tax strategies, and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Critical thinking abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
