Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Work Type: Field Work (On-site)

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years (Solar industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research
  • Meet clients, present company products/services and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team for proposals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly sales reports
  • Promote solar EPC solutions and products within the assigned territory
  • Support marketing team during exhibitions, presentations and events

Skills & Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Engineering or Solar background is an advantage)
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within city
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
