Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Work Type: Field Work (On-site)
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years (Solar industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research
- Meet clients, present company products/services and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team for proposals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly sales reports
- Promote solar EPC solutions and products within the assigned territory
- Support marketing team during exhibitions, presentations and events
Skills & Requirements
- Any Graduate (Engineering or Solar background is an advantage)
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within city
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
