The Copy Supervisor will lead the copy team in developing impactful, creative, and strategically sound communication across all platforms. This role requires a strong command of brand tone, storytelling, and conceptual thinking, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior writers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the copy team in conceptualising, writing, and editing creative content for campaigns across digital, print, social media, video, and other media.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.
  • Supervise and review the work of copywriters, ensuring high standards of creativity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Present creative ideas and copy concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain an understanding of market trends, cultural insights, and emerging media formats to keep the communication relevant and engaging.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all client communications.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance input for the copywriting team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency or creative environment.
  • Proven experience leading a team of writers or managing multiple accounts.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling copy.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Experience working with well-known brands or large-scale campaigns.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats and industries.

Pay: ₹428, ₹1,264,310.65 per year
