Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Central Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the management on progress.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
