Service Delivery Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to plan and execute delivery of Global Orders
- Intense cross-functional engagement and co-ordination with field partners to achieve delivery commitment.
- Engagement with internal network teams and give visibility to the Business Project team on delivery timelines for all the orders.
- Strong knowledge on fiber architecture
- Sound knowledge on OTN, DWDM
- IP knowledge is a plus
- Hands on experience on Fiber Operation or Deployment
- Extremely good knowledge on large project Delivery.
- Engagement with testing teams and customer for link testing.
- Regular interaction with international customers during delivery lifecycle.
- Manage inventory for delivery of Business orders.
- Regular interlock with planning for critical high bandwidth delivery.
- Track various project stages and publish regular progress reports to all stakeholders.
- Plan regular meeting with Business team to give visibility of ongoing/critical projects.
- Understand execution challenges and explore ways to mitigate the same.
- Should be able to handle pressure and manage customer/business in most efficient ways.
- Should have Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of fiber architecture and hands-on experience in fiber operations or deployment
- In-depth knowledge of SDH, DWDM & OTN technologies
- Familiarity with IP networking is a strong plus
- Experience in large-scale telecom project delivery, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, reporting, and presentation skills
