We are looking for a proactive and versatile
Office Creative Assistant
to join our team. This role combines
administrative support
with
hands-on fashion and styling tasks
, giving you exposure to both the operational and creative sides of a luxury image consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and office coordination.
- Manage client communications and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support styling-related tasks, including online/offline client styling sessions, colour analysis, and wardrobe planning.
- Create, edit, and maintain PDFs, presentation decks, and other client-facing materials.
- Assist in content shooting.
- Coordinate with the team for events, workshops, and client projects.
- Help implement processes to keep the office and client services running smoothly.
- Writing Substack essays, maintains record of all work done.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Organisation Skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Interest or background in fashion, styling, or image consulting.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Google docs and Canva for editing
- Pursuing or completed a degree in English, Business, Fashion, Illustration or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in English Language is a must
