Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers over phone and help customers find the right products or services.
  • Provide expert advice on health insurance products to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and expectations.
  • Keep records of customer calls, orders, and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Both Fresher and experience can apply
  • 0-5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Both Fresher and experience can apply
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and exceeding client expectations. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduation Degree Must have good communication skills, Interpersonal skills.
  • Required Language: English, Hindi, Marathi
