Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
  • Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a timely departure
  • Handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and any other relevant information to passengers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations at the airport
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the travel process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service and enhance the overall passenger experience Requirements:
  • Freshers with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
