Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mental Health Ambassador. There will be designated in-person working days, and other days will be work from home. The Mental Health Ambassador will be responsible for encouraging open conversations about mental health, leading community events, facilitating counseling sessions, and promoting mental wellness initiatives. They will also engage with individuals to provide support and connect them to our professional counseling services.

Qualifications

  • Interest in the field of Mental Health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for promoting mental wellness
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience with community engagement and outreach is a plus
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for mental health support
